Please Note: Divisions may be added or combined as necessary in order to be fair to Competitors.
All Kumite will be split Male and Female.
| Belt Divisions: | I. White, Yellow, and Orange II. Purple, Blue and Green III. Gray, Brown, and Black |
| Class List: | All classes will be divided by belt and age divisions with exception of PeeWees. Regardless of belt color, PeeWees will compete in their won division. |
| Showmanship: | Showmanship will be divided into two classes only by belt. Class One will included age division I and II. Class Two will be division III only. |
| Kumite: | For Kumite, there will be both Male and Female Adult Black Belt Divisions. |
| Awards: | 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place receive trophies and 4th Place receives a medal. Participation certificates will be awarded to all non-placing particpants. |
| Grand Champion Awards: |
There will be two Grand Champion Awards for Black Belt Forms and Kumite, and one Junior Grand Champion Award. |
| Rings: | There will be five rings used for the tournament, with Division III and all demonstrations in the center ring. |
| Judges: | Three judges will be used for the under belt classes and five judges for the Black Belts. |
| Scoring: | Divisions I and II will be scored on a 6-8 point scale. Division III will be scored on an 8-10 point scale. * All points will be presented to the audience and participants. |
| Kumite Scoring: | Scoring will be three (3) points to win Divisions I and II. Five (5) points to win Division III, with an automatic win any time there is a three point separation. |

Before each section begins, all rules will be read and will be demonstrated.

Take Interstate 5 south to the Coronado Ave. Exit
(Do not get off at the Coronado Bridge exit!)
Turn west (right) onto Coronado Ave. Keep going straight, it will become Imperial Beach Blvd.
Turn right on 9th Steet.
Just after you get over the small hill, turn left on Encina at the Boys and Girls club sign.
The Club and gym will be on the left side of the street.
